Use of 7Kva EV Charging Points at Hernhill Village Hall Car Park – June 2025.

If you are not using the charging points please do not park in the EV bays.

New to Connected Kerb?

Download their app:

Scan the QR code on the charging point (or enter the ID manually).

Hit ‘Start charging’.

Existing users:

1.If you’ve downloaded and used their app before, simply scan the QR code on one of our charging points to start charging.

2.It can sometimes take up to 60 seconds for your charge to start, so don’t dash if there’s a slight delay.

Looking to use an RFID card?

Non-registered RFID card users 

Download their app.

Register your RFID card in the app.

Add your preferred payment method.

Tap the card on the RFID reader on the charging point to start the session. 

Registered RFID card 

If you have pre-registered RFID card, simply tap it on the charge point card reader and start charging. 

Current smart charging rates are: 

Night Rate (Midnight-7 am): £0.45/kWh   

Day Rate (7 am-Midnight): £0.52/kWh   

With a flat connection fee of £0.30 for each charging session.

These are correct at April 2025.

 Aside from the connection fee, there are no extra charges during each charging session. 

In some areas where smart charging is not yet available the price is £0.50/kWh.

Prices may differ at private car parks. Make sure you always check their app for detailed current pricing per location.

Please call their customer support at 0800 0291 696 or email at support@connectedkerb.co.uk  and they will be happy to assist. Most problems encountered can be fixed remotely.
