NEW HIRE RATES EFFECTIVE FROM 1st April 2018
All bookings are made via www.hernhill-bookings.net strictly in accordance with Conditions of Hire and availability of the Outside Facilities may vary from time to time based on ground / weather conditions.
No liability will be accepted under any circumstances for cancellation of matches due to poor pitch conditions but as much notice as possible will be given.
Priority will be given to Village Fete and Village Organisations.
Hernhill Herons will co-ordinate football bookings and Three Horseshoes Cricket Club cricket bookings via the Bookings Clerk.
A list of proposed match dates must be passed to Booking Clerk for regular bookings at start of each season and confirmed / alterations advised as applicable to Bookings Clerk at admin@hernhill-bookings.net .
Casual bookings must be paid in advance with regular bookings being invoiced monthly to approved accounts.
External Teams:
Football Matches: Junior (under 16) – £21-00 (incl a £5 booking fee)
Senior teams – £38-00 (incl a £5 booking fee)
Cricket: Senior teams – £38-00 (incl a £5 booking fee)
Junior teams – subject to agreement.
Village Teams:
Football Matches: Junior (under 16) – £17-00 (incl a £5 booking fee)
Senior teams – £30-00 (incl a £5 booking fee)
Cricket: Senior teams – £30-00 (incl a £5 booking fee)
Junior teams – subject to agreement
The above includes use of changing facilities which are supervised by Herons Football and Three Horseshoes Cricket club and assumes they are left in a clean and tidy condition after use or the Hirer could be subject to additional cleaning charges.
For Football and Cricket the changing room keys may be collected from Village Teams as agreed at time of booking confirmation and must be returned promptly.
The Changing Rooms are a no smoking area at all times and a surcharge of £50 will be made if smoking is allowed by the hirer.
Please note that all rubbish must be removed from the Changing Rooms, Playing Fields and surrounding areas upon completion of hire. A charge of £50 will be made if not complied with, for disposal of waste.
Please use recycling bins at bottom of car park as applicable.
Please report any accidental damage to the building, playing fields or equipment or breakages to fixtures and fittings, at start of hire or upon completion of your hire as applicable.
Please note that there is CCTV installed monitoring outside and inside the Village Hall and surrounding areas to help protect the buildings from damage, theft or misuse.
